Inside Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generating database for calling through websites, web-sourcing, online sites or shared data etc.
  • Generate leads and revenue in the region allocated
  • Manage data of new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
  • Making Outbound Calls, generating new opportunities & nurturing the opportunities generated
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Work with the teams (External/Internal) to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet desired goals.
  • Data-driven analysis with strong attention to detail and ability to execute within a matrix team structure.
  • Sharing quotations to customers through email on real-time basis
  • Communicating with customers on over phone & over email.

Skills Required:

  • Good command on communication
  • Requires a strong, assertive approach
  • Experience data management and system updates
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Empowered to drive results


  • Graduate or Minimum H.S.C Cleared
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required in tele sales or inbound/outbound calling process
